Join us for a one of a kind dining experience. Chef Alex has crafted a seasonal menu highlighting some of the best local ingredients Western New York has to offer. While enjoying each of the five courses Dan Christman of Cuvee Imports will provide a sommelier’s perspective on the origins and characteristics of each of the wine pairings.
